Introduction
FlowForge (the "App") is a visual workflow and decision-process builder provided by 26 CENTRAL RESTAURANT, LLC ("we", "us" or "our"), USA. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you create, edit, run, save, export or back up workflows using the App.

Information you choose to enter
You can create workflow titles, descriptions, categories, steps, connections, questions, conditions, notes, numeric values, text responses and outcomes. The App may also store execution history, including responses and the path taken through a workflow.
You control the content you enter. Depending on your entries, a workflow could contain information about you or others. The App does not require you to enter your name, email address, phone number or other personal identifying information to use its core functions. Please avoid including highly sensitive information that is not necessary for your workflow.
Local storage and app preferences
Workflows and execution history are stored in the App's private local Room/SQLite database on your device. Lightweight preferences, such as onboarding completion, appearance, country setting and navigation selection, are stored locally using Android SharedPreferences.
The version of FlowForge described by this policy does not require an account, sign-in, cloud backend or internet connection for its core functionality. It does not request the Android INTERNET permission and does not automatically upload your workflow content to a developer-operated server.
Data collection, advertising and analytics
The App does not integrate advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs and does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS or broad storage access to perform its core features.
We do not automatically receive workflow records or execution history from the App. This description concerns the App itself; Android, Google Play and any separate apps or storage services you choose to use are governed by their own privacy practices.
File exports, backups and sharing
You can choose to create PDF reports, JSON workflow exports and JSON backups. The App uses Android's system document picker to let you choose where files are saved or which supported backup file is opened for restoration.
If you choose a cloud storage location or another provider in the Android picker, that service may process the file under its own terms and privacy policy. If you share a workflow summary or exported file using another installed app, that receiving app may access what you select. These actions are initiated by you; FlowForge does not automatically transmit workflow data to our servers.
Exported files and backups may remain outside the App's private storage even after you delete your in-app records or uninstall FlowForge. Delete those external copies separately if you no longer want to keep them.
Support requests
The Contact Support feature opens a compatible email application with the support address prepared. FlowForge does not send messages automatically. If you choose to send a support email, the information you include will be handled by your email provider and may be received at the support mailbox for the purpose of responding to your request. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence may be kept as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain related records, subject to applicable law and email-provider settings. You can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the address above, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Retention, correction and deletion
Locally saved workflow content and run history remain on your device until you change or delete them, use the App's clear-data option, or uninstall the App. You can edit workflows, delete individual workflows and execution records, and use Settings to erase locally stored workflow and run data. Clearing the App's storage through Android settings or uninstalling generally removes its app-private data, subject to Android device backup/restore behavior and platform controls.
Restoring a local backup replaces existing workflow and run records after you confirm the action. The App cannot automatically delete backup or export files that you stored elsewhere.
Security
The App uses Android's app-private storage and system-managed file access for normal local operations. No device or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. We recommend keeping your device protected and considering where you save or share exported reports and backups. We do not claim that all locally stored or exported files are end-to-end encrypted.
Children and sensitive uses
FlowForge is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not specifically designed for children. It is not a medical, banking, investment or emergency-response service. Included workflow templates are examples; they should not replace professional assessment or approved safety procedures where those are required.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If the App's features, SDKs or data handling practices change, this policy may be revised. We will update its effective date when changes are published. Please review the latest in-app or publicly hosted version for updates.
